澎恰恰欠下2.4億元債務，去年6月他向鹿港蚵仔煎顏姓夫妻借款100萬，原說好每月還15萬，最後跳票被對方提告，2月25日和解協議允諾每月還12萬5000元元，結果再度跳票，氣到向媒體投訴。對此澎恰恰金主林秉文了解情況後，透露7日就會還錢給之前有來協商的20多名債主，當中包括這對顏姓夫妻，預計當天總共會還出800多萬元分給這些債主們。

根據《自由時報》報導，顏姓債主表示，明明在法庭說要一星期內要先還本金加利息12萬5000元，澎哥也是無聲無息，今上午澎哥林姓金主今天致電提議「先還5萬元」讓顏姓債主跳腳說「這是騙小孩嗎？」

顏姓債主指出，林姓金主透露他本來也不知道澎哥有欠蚵仔煎夫妻的100萬元，還是經由媒體告知才曉得，提議蚵仔煎夫妻在7日北上參加協商，當天大約會有800多萬元分給債主們，大約每位債主可以拿到5％的還款，因此，蚵仔煎夫妻就可以拿到5萬元，未來就視澎哥的商演收入再來陸續還款。

但顏姓債主怒轟「先還5萬元，這是騙小孩嗎？」要債主體諒澎哥賺錢辛苦，難道他們借出去的錢就不是辛苦錢，何況他們還是保單去借出來的錢，要不是澎哥不遵守當初借錢承諾還錢，他們怎麼會提告？如今走上法庭要先還12萬5000元也跳票，應該是債主比較痛苦才對。

顏姓債主說，有關澎哥林姓金主提議，將與丈夫研議後再說；但他們的底線就是如果3月底都沒有拿到還款，就要往上提告，直接告詐欺罪，希望澎哥趕快還錢，不要一拖再拖！
